If you want someone to stroke your ego, emotions or feelings, that's not how we roll, and this isn't for you, and we shouldn't waste each other's time.  If that sounds harsh, before you go, ask yourself, 'has what I've done previously worked? Do I want to be in this same place in 6 months, or a years' time?' because maybe, just maybe, you need a dose of this tough love, babe and if there's one thing, I'm more passionate about, than helping ladies heal, it's reminding them, not to WASTE THEIR F*CKING LIVES!

I’ve been an RN since 2012, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and I specialise in mental health, for both adults and children. My background spans hospitals, private services, media, business, and I live authentically in the messy, beautiful chaos that is real life.

 

Whether I’m on a ward, behind a mic, or in a group chat at midnight, my mission stays the same: to help people feel seen, supported, and strong enough to stand up again.

I was born and bred in Australia, married to a brilliant husband, and mum to two amazing boys who keep me on my toes and laughing daily. But the real MVP? My mum. A true women’s woman, equal parts soft heart and steel spine, who raised me on a steady diet of “you can do anything” and “...do they pay your bills?” She’s the reason I believe so fiercely in self-worth, self-love, and sisterhood. I always joke I wish I could rent her out, she’s that good, and her energy flows through everything I do.

I’m not here to sugarcoat life, I’m here to stand beside you in it. I speak plainly, support loudly, and I’m big on empowering women to trust themselves, back themselves, and rebuild with fire in their belly. Whether you’re picking up the pieces after heartbreak or just trying to remember who the hell you are, you’re not alone, and you’ve got more power than you think.
